Our shipping policy appears below. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use, which you should review.

United States and Canada Orders

Most internet orders placed before 12pm EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 12pm EST Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).

Order confirmation will be provided via email after the order is placed.

Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be added on the shopping cart page automatically. Once the item is in your cart, the shipping charge you see is all you will be required to pay for the selected method of shipping.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. A physical address is required, Unfortunately, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.

Out-of-Stock Policy

It is important to note that at the time of ordering, stock balances can fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Products are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly
being replenished.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Some items are listed but due to size and availability are shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will notify you when shipment will take place and of any delays that may occur.

Expected Delivery Dates:

All dates are estimates and may vary. Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing 2-3-Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing Holidays and weekend days are not counted as business days.

Standard Shipping Rates:

Shipping Rate will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased products.

Please Note The Following:

We do not ship to any International destination except Canada. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. New York State residents will be charged 8.3% sales tax on applicable items. Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
