GEOMET

Geomet CMM Software is a widely used manual or DCC system for rapid and efficient CMM measurement and programming. It is retrofit-able to most CMMs, and offers a full range of features to make any CMM a powerful 3D inspection and analysis machine. Along with the graphical windows menus and toolbar interface, Geomet includes a standard Keyboard key-label user interface called “Keystroke Magic™” for its efficient direct access to measuring functions.

Programs are produced using a self-teach measurement session directly on parts, and enhancing them with a full complement of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing features (GD&T). Measured results are provided in Reports and can be exported in Reverse-engineered CAD format.

 

CMM Manager

CMM Manager Software is a widely used CMM software system for manual or DCC CMMs. It is especially powerful when programming from 3D CAD files, and includes a number of features that streamline the development of programs based on the CAD model. The probe system and styli are fully modeled graphically from a probe and stylus library and all tips are calibrated automatically.

The system suggests optimized probe indexes, does automatic probe path generation with collision detection, and draws all nominal feature data directly from the CAD model. Programming can be on the CMM or off-line. Reports are supported in several formats, and can include graphical part views with result balloons for high-impact visuals.
